At Abacus, our highly experienced, flexible team has a wealth of experience in commercial and project management in rail, infrastructure and construction projects, both in the UK and internationally. Through efficiency and dedication we have commercially managed upwards of £500 million worth of projects to a successful conclusion for a wide range of clients since we launched in 2008.

The Abacus team comprises Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Claims Consultants, Engineers, Project Financial Controllers and more. Our pool of talent is sourced from a network of specialist and freelance consultants who can deliver to our clients’ requirements.

This allows us to offer fully scaleable solutions on a project by project basis, to suit any contract or scenario. From specialist advice on a specific issue to a full commercial and project management support service

And our versatile business model and flexible team means we can drop into a project at any stage and can work within a wide range of budget constraints.

This flexible approach lets us provide our clients with a variety of skills on demand including advice and support to contractors and employers on contract administration; commercial management; dispute resolution; project management and project controls as well as training.
