A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with both RICS and institution of civil engineering surveyors (CInstCES), Jonathan has wide-ranging cost and commercial experience of pre-and post-contract activities for both client and main contractor within the rail industry.

Jonathan’s expertise includes stakeholder management, the identification and management of construction cost and value as well as risk and change management.

Jonathan has extensive experience working within competitively tendered and framework contracts.

Jonathan began his career at Network Rail and has extensive experience working within competitively tendered and framework contracts within the Network Rail NR3, 4, 8, 9 and 12 suite of contracts.

He has acted as an RICS APC supervisor and counsellor.
