A RICS accredited Quantity Surveyor, Dave has fifteen years’ experience in the rail industry.

He started his career at Network Rail, working first as a quantity surveyor and later as a commercial manager.

Dave has led variations claims management on a number of large scale projects with high value disputes.

He acted for Signalling Solutions Ltd for as lead quantity surveyor (variation and claims management) on fixed cost resignalling projects including Bristol and Kent resignalling works.

He has led variations claims management on a number of large scale projects with high value disputes (including Crossrail West and Poole to Wool resignalling contracts) for Alstom.
