With over 25 years’ experience in planning and project controls across major infrastructure projects, Paul is a highly skilled and adaptable consultant who brings deep expertise in both hands-on project delivery and strategic leadership. His experience spans roles in client, contractor, and consultancy environments, with a track record of leading high-performing planning teams and supporting executive-level decision-making.
Paul most recently served as Global Planning & Operational Support Director at Alstom UK&I, where he was a Senior Leadership Team member responsible for planning, reporting, and operational support across the Digital & Integrated Systems business. He has led large planning departments, developed company-wide KPI dashboards and performance frameworks, and managed critical portfolio-level reporting recognised as best practice by clients.
